The New Jersey Supreme Court has unanimously ruled in favor of South Seaside Park residents in their long-standing effort to leave Berkeley Township and join the neighboring Borough of Seaside Park –

In-season entrance fees (see below) are charged per vehicle from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day.

Offseason per-vehicle rates apply from the day after Labor Day through the Friday before Memorial Day: $5.00 for NJ Resident sand $10.00 for Non-Resident.

To purchase seasonal badges (after on-sale dates are announced), contact the Midway Beach office or stop by 48 Ocean Lane, South Seaside Park, NJ, between the hours of 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM during the weekends. The office will be closed on Sunday, June 17, 2018 in observance of Father’s Day.
